Step 1
- Log in as administrator
- Click Start Windows, choose Control Panel
- Choose System and Security
- Click Administrative Tools
- Click Services
- Find AIPS.exe(Arp Intelligent Protection Service) then right click and choose Properties
- On the General tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled, and
- On the Service Status, click Stop, then click OK
Step 2
- Click Start Windows, choose My computer
- Find AIPS.EXE at C:\Program Files (x86)\Netcut\Services\aips.exe
- Delete aips.exe
- Delete Netcut.exe
- Then delete the Netcut folder
Step 3
- Click Start
- Type RUN on the Search Programs and files box, then press Enter
- Type Regedit, and press Enter
- Find HKey_Local_Machine
- Find HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\AIPS
- Delete AIPS key
Done!!!
Thanx a lot..Netcut defender has fake uninstaller.. My suggestion for all:"Don't let this software within a mile of your computer!" Do not even THINK about putting this crap on your computer.
